Warranty Servicing
When you have a car warranty with your car, you need to ensure the products used when servicing you vehicle meet or exceed (OEM) manufacturers specifications. Oil Changers® only uses products / parts that meet or exceed original equipment manufacturers (OEM) specifications. All our products are backed with filter and oil manufacturer's warranties.
Please note that some after market Vehicle Warranties may require additional work carried out to fulfill the Warranty Requirements that Oil Changers may not be able to perform. Please inform the in store technician upon arrival if you have a vehicle warranty as it can affect service requirements on some vehicles.

Only the best quality products used in your vehicle
Oil Changers® have done extensive research so customers can have the best oil filters fitted to their vehicle. We use Sakura filters which are world class quality filters and meet or exceed OEM specifications. Key features include filter media that are jointly developed with world class suppliers to meet the most stringent requirements and to ensure high efficiency and maximum lifetime. We only use Caltex Havoline and Delo oils which meet or exceed latest engine oil ratings. By using Caltex Havoline and Delo oils, you can be assured that your vehicle is receiving the latest technology available in oils.
After Market Vehicle Warranties
Please check your Warranty Book to see what requirements are needed to keep your Vehicle Warranty valid. Some warranties require extra checks, for example, visual Cambelt inspection, visual Spark Plug inspection, Turbo Oil Feed inspection, etc which most of our stores are unable to carry out. This would require a visit to a mechanical workshop to have these checks performed.
