Yes you can, but is often cheaper to use our products. Contact your nearest service centre for pricing.
We can change diesel fuel filters, but are not able to change petrol fuel filters as petrol fumes present a fire risk in a pit.
Most warranty companies approve Oil Changers for servicing, but there may be some that do not. If you are unsure, please contact your warranty company and ask. As an example of a waranty requirement that we are not capable of carrying out would be removing and inspecting/cleaning your turbo charger oil feed hose.
We specialise in vehicle servicing and don’t carry out any mechanical repairs however we will carry out a visual check of key mechanical areas and report on anything that may need repairing. If a repair is needed we can provide you with the details of a local mechanical workshop that we would recommend you to use if needed.

Yes, our standard service includes oil and filter as well as checking and topping up all other fluids. We also check your air filter and perform a visual maintenance check. See our services pages for more details.

We don’t test Brake Fluid. There is no 100% reliable method to get an accurate reading of the moisture content in Brake Fluid as there is a large variety of different fluids used. Best practice is to replace fluid when you replace your brake pads (Brake Flush). When your Brake Fluid level gets to the Minimum mark on the reservoir this indicates it is time for new pads and a fluid replacement. We do not remove the Brake Fluid cap to top up the fluid as this can introduce moisture and dirt into the system and there is no accurate way to tell what specification of Brake Fluid has been used in the system previously. If our technicians note as part of your service that the fluid level is getting low then they will advise to have your brake system inspected.

Because we only do oil changing, we use a lot of oil and filters. This enables us to secure bulk savings from our suppliers and pass those savings on to you, the customer.
As we only do oil changing, our service centres are set up specifically for that and our teams are trained to work together like a pit crew to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
We probably can, but please call your service centre first so we can ensure we have the necessary products.
We use only quality Caltex Havoline and Delo oils that are some of the highest specification oils available. We guarantee to only use oils and filters that meet or exceed the manufacturer’s specifications for your vehicle.
We can also replace air filters, transmission fluid, differential and transfer case oils, power steering fluid, engine coolant, diesel fuel filters, and cabin filters, on most vehicle’s. These are additional services which will incur additional cost. Ask your service centre for pricing.
The price will vary depending on the type and quantity of oil and filter required for your vehicle. Your service centre team will be happy to work out a price for you before they start work – just ask.
We will not carry out any additional cost-incurring services without your prior approval unless it is impossible to complete the service without doing so. An example is when, after removing the sump plug, we find that it is too damaged to re-use without risking oil loss. In this instance, we would need to replace it with a new one and charge you for it.
