A full synthetic oil change replaces your engine’s oil with a fully synthetic, lab-engineered oil rather than a conventional or semi-synthetic one. Synthetic oil flows better when cold, holds up under heat and keeps its protective qualities for longer – which means cleaner running, better fuel efficiency and stronger protection against engine wear, especially for modern, turbocharged and high-performance engines. At Oil Changers we use premium Petronas full synthetic oil, matched to your vehicle manufacturer’s specifications, in every synthetic oil change.
How Much Does a Synthetic Oil Change Cost?
Our synthetic oil and filter change starts from $149.95, including up to four litres of premium Petronas oil, a new oil filter, free fluid top-ups and a safety check. The final synthetic oil change cost depends on your vehicle and how much oil it needs, so pop into any Oil Changers location for a free price estimate before any work starts – no bookings, no surprises, just upfront pricing.

- Up to 4 litres of oil is included in the base price. If the engine requires more than 4 litres, there will be an additional charge for the extra oil.
- Some filters (e.g. cartridge type, diesel, etc) can be more expensive than a standard filter, so may attract an additional charge.
- Up to half a litre top-up for each fluid is included in the service price if required.
